I was made aware of Jade’s services through a close friend of mine. I’ve been suffering for years with anxiety and it’s has been taking over my life. After my first season with her I felt this calm that I had not felt for years. She made me feel relaxed and at ease and I was able to talk to her about deep rooted issues that I have not been able to with anyone else. 6 weeks on and I’m feeling like a new person. I cannot recommend Jade highly enough. She shows a genuine interest in helping me and keeps in touch throughout the week. Thank you so much you are amazing.

I've been to every kind of intensive individual and group therapy throughout my life for my PTSD, and I can say after all these years Jade has provided me with the missing piece to finding true freedom from my trauma. In our sessions she has helped me to lead myself to the answers I needed and got me onto the right path to accept the things that have happened to me.
I've done so much healing throughout the years but there have been many roadblocks that kept dragging me back down. My breathwork sessions with Jade allowed me to dive deeper and confront the problems at their roots and exposed many truths that I was incapable of seeing before.
Just one session with Jade can clear the fog that you're stuck in enough to see the light. I mean it literally too, when you open your eyes the world will look more vibrant and colorful and it gives you a great opportunity to grow and learn and heal. I have a lot of healing to do and a lot of pain to resolve and it gives me so much comfort to know I can always keep coming back to Jade to keep me on the right path. When you meet her you feel safe and held and know that whatever happens in that time you are with her that you will be okay and she will help you through whatever comes up.
If you've been on the edge and drowning and can't see any way out this could be the answer for you like it was for me. If every hurting person I know would try a breathwork session with Jade I know their lives would be so much better. I couldn't recommend her more."

I started my sessions with Jade to help with my anxiety and since we have finished, I feel like a huge improvement has been made and my anxiety has practically gone. She always made sure all my needs were met and made me feel at ease straight away. What was so special about our sessions is Jade not only talked to my subconscious but also gave me the tools to actively help anxiety with breathing exercises and meditations. Our sessions were always well planned, and I felt open and free to talk and Jade was a very good listener. Jade had a great deal of knowledge on anxiety, and I can’t thank her enough for helping me with my anxiety as it’s something I have dealt with since childhood and would recommend her to anyone who needs help with anxiety, depression or even addiction.
