After struggling through anxiety, depression and living with chronic mental and physical health issues, I decided to explore the world of all things spiritual.
I have found support, positivity and growth through using mindfulness, meditation and holistic and spiritual products and tools to help me manage and tackle negative emotions, overwhelm and manage my ADHD.
I want to help others to do the same and take charge of their wellbeing to improve their lives and grow in themselves and their power.
