One of the biggest keys to manifestation is your ability to visualise and connect with the emotion of your desires as if they are already here. In order to achieve that, those desires and intentions must have a clear connection to your unique identity and sense of being and the core values you hold.
A common misconception with vision boards is that you only need to stick a load of fancy pictures on a board and then sit back and hope they will arrive.FALSE!
Creating a vision board is a much bigger and deeper process than simply cutting and sticking. It requires you to dive deep into:
Who you are
What you stand for
What you hold dear and precious
How you want to show up in the world
What feels meaningful to you
These deep questions can’t be answered immediately because your truth, heart, and soul’s yearning are located deep within the body where your intuition, courage, creativity, and compassion reside.
Whole Body Thinking
That is why we begin the day with a powerful visualisation walk in Nature to access the body’s wisdom and get your blood and oxygen flowing for enhanced thinking and feeling.
By connecting to your vision while you are moving, you gain access to the wisdom of the body where qualities such as creativity, passion, intuition, and inspiration are stored. You begin to embody the journey you wish to go on. You reflect on the steps you have already taken in your life and take physical and metaphorical steps toward your desired outcomes from a place of presence and authenticity.
What is your why?
After an uplifting walk through the woods, we will return inside to relax and allow your ideas and vision to continue to flourish through some deep-dive questions and guided meditation.
Bring it to life!
This is where you start getting creative and begin to bring your vision to life with images and words that you place onto a board in a way that speaks to your heart, mind, body, and soul. By doing the deep dive work, this will be a fun, inspiring, and flowing process because you are connected with your true nature.
You get tonnes of support and encouragement with this and are guided through the whole process. It's super fun and is such a vibrant and intentional way to start the new year.

WHAT TO EXPECT
An uplifting visualisation walk in Nature to awaken your energy and get some crisp fresh air before the workshop begins.
A day out to relax and daydream and get clarity on what you really want from your life journey.
An opportunity to discover more about yourself as I take you through some lovely deep-dive visualisations and questioning.
Lots of laughter and inspiration as you share dreams and ambitions.
Turn dreams into powerful intentions as you commit them to paper and create accountability.
Express yourself creatively and reduce stress levels as you engage in this mindful activity.
Increase your self-awareness and self-esteem as you become clear on who you are and what you want.
Tonnes of motivation to set you on the path to manifesting it all once you leave the workshop.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
A light vegetarian lunch with snacks and refreshments.
All equipment including boards, magazines are included. You do not need to supply anything (unless you have personal images you wish to add that have a deep connection to your soul’s purpose).
WHAT TO BRING
Walking boots or wellies
Waterproof coat
Hats, gloves, and scarf if the temperature is low
Warm suitable clothes – you are welcome to change after the walk
A blanket and cushion
Journal and pen

Arrive on time – Whether in-person or online, punctuality helps everyone feel settled and respected.
Wear comfortable clothing – Especially important for sessions involving movement, breathwork, or meditation.
Stay hydrated – Bring a water bottle, especially for physical or detox-focused sessions.
Inform the provider of any health conditions or accessibility needs in advance.
Review the session description and confirm if any preparation or materials are required.
💻 For Online Sessions:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Choose a quiet, private space where you can focus.
You’ll receive a link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) after booking and confirming your session time.
Do not share the session link with others.
🚫 Respect & Conduct:
Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward any provider will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
Providers reserve the right to terminate the session without refund if conduct is unacceptable.
Recording sessions without the provider’s explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
