About this offering
Acupuncture is the practice of inserting fine, sterile needles, to specific points on the body to balance the flow of energy. It can be used to reduce stress, treat aches and pains, arthritis and soft tissue injuries, improve sleep and energy levels, help to manage addictions, improve menstural and menopausal symptoms, induce labour, turn breech babies, treat nausea and many more conditions.

Recently moved to Canterbury, and am so pleased to find a brilliant massage therapist within walking distance of my home. Sheila instantly put me at ease and I felt 100% more relaxed when I left. I am ridiculously picky when it comes to massage having done some training in it myself: Sheila knows what she's doing, asked for feedback throughout to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing, and uses lovely balms which smell and feel great to massage with too. I visited Sheila for some abdominal scars and an ankle injury. The acupuncture helped substantially, alongside massage and a facial which were wonderful. Sheila is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attuned. I would definitely recommend her. The services were excellent, I will be returning!
