Sessions include time with the horses. Activities such as grooming, connection, leading the horses, over coming obstacles, quiet time with the herd will be offered however the time spent is client led.

Block booking 6 1-1 sessions

6 x 1 hour sessions booked ideally weekly but fortnightly is also manageable. This block would be for a more therapeutic style of session guided by the client. As a client you may want to work on a specific area of life such as anxiety, acute stress or depression. Horses are emotionally aware and non judgemental which allows for an opportunity of real acceptance and learning.
