Emily is an angel here on earth. The combination of energy medicine and yoga is perfect and after a year of practice with Emily I genuinely cant imagine life without this class. Spiritual, uplifting, body tingling yoga.

You come out feeling calm, relaxed and...and happy also if there is something you don’t understand or get she is more than happy to take the time to help you understand. I went to my first session this evening and I can truly say it’s the best yoga session I have ever been to . I worked on my mind, my body and my soul ! I had a wonderfully relaxing Resilo Energy physio session with Emily. Emily is gentle and compassionate and kind. I also thoroughly enjoyed Emily’s Manifestation retreat in July, where I had my first experience of Energy Medicine Yoga. I learnt so much and felt so chilled out by the end.
