Hello, I'm Richelle a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist that uses a combination of nutrition with a variety of natural medicine modalities such as Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, Bach flowers, tissue salts and iridology, to conduct a truly holistic health assessment to get to the root cause of your health concerns.

As a registered nurse, I am also trained in orthodox medicine, and after my own health battles I understand the importance of treating the person, not just the symptom. I am also trauma-informed, trained in counselling and health coaching and a yoga student for over 20 years, so I appreciate the importance of working with the mind too to see true results.

I help my clients to:

My Fundamentals package offers an Initial Consultation to discuss your case in depth, then 2 Follow-up Consultations to review any supplements or testing advised in the initial consultation. You will receive a personalised plan following each session featuring nutrition and lifestyle strategies that you can start using straight away.

A video call booking link will be sent once I have been sent your details, along with questionnaire and contract, which must be signed in advance of the initial call to enable the consultation to commence.
