Hi everyone, 

I am Alison a qualified counsellor, coach and mindfulness teacher. With plenty of experience in working in the NHS. I am mom to two lovely kiddies and found spirituality has helped me in life.

I have recently started my own venture of miracle mind coaching. A space where we can build a community with like minded people and learn new skills on wellbeing.

If you are looking to explore your self care, experiencing anxiety, depression or low confidence and self esteem. Or if you are wanting to set goals to live a more fulfilling life this is the community for you.
