A bit about me. I am a qualified and insured yoga teacher. I trained in Bali, and then have done further studies in anatomy & fascia. I now specialise in biodynamic movement & injury recovery. I work on mindfulness & conscious movement, moving with your body rather than against it. I teach in an informative manner, so it is easy to follow for beginners. I'm also a big believer that yoga should be fun, and not too serious, especially to start, so i welcome laughter & a relaxed atmosphere to my classes. My flows or routines are built to work towards creating greater mobility, and reducing muscle tension within the body. We normally listen to Ibiza chill music with some calm yoga music in the mix. No incense or candles, singing bowls or chanting, as it's not my thing.
My style of teaching is fun & accessible for most workspaces, encouraging individuals looking to try yoga, to give it ago with their colleagues.
Mat hire & travel is included in the price.
I am based in Cranbrook near Exeter, and happy to travel up to a 15 mile radius, included in this price. For workplaces further than this a small travel cost maybe added.
