About Me
With over 15 years of experience in high-pressure corporate IT environments, I understand the self-imposed pressure to thrive, the constant demands from all directions, the competition for success, the overwhelm, and the disconnection that often comes with it. Not to mention the unexpressed emotions that get suppressed in order to keep going—until burnout hits. Breathwork has been a game-changer for me, helping me reconnect and find peace amidst the chaos. Offering cost:
Four-session package (1x90 mins & 3x75 mins) – £450
Includes an initial assessment, goal setting, and follow-up.
3 sessions focused on working towards your goals.
Email/Whats app check-ins after each breathwork session.
1x15-minute follow-up session for reassessment and goal review.
I offer introductory sessions (60 mins) for £80, a single session (90 mins) – £120 or six-session package (1x90 mins & 5x75 mins) – £650
What to Expect
Package of 4 Sessions (1x90 mins & 3x75 mins):
Session 1: An initial 90-minute session with a full assessment, goal setting, and introduction to CCB.
Sessions 2-4: Three 75-minute sessions focused on working towards the goals set during the initial session.
Support: Email or What's App check-ins after each session to track progress.
Follow-up: 1x15-minute follow-up session to reassess your progress and adjust goals as needed.
Is Breathwork for Everyone?
Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is open to all, but it's important to note that breathwork can trigger powerful emotional and physical responses. The success of this process requires an active involvement from the breather (you).
While sessions are held in a safe space, participants are responsible for their own well-being. If you have any of the following health conditions, please consult with your doctor and inform us prior to the session. You can still participate by breathing through your nose for a gentler and beneficial experience.
Health Conditions to Consider:
Cardiovascular disease/heart conditions (not controlled with medication), including previously suffered a heart attack or stroke
History of heart attack, stroke, or aneurysm
Detached retina or glaucoma
Epilepsy, seizures, or fainting
Diagnosed psychiatric conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, etc.), medical or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release
Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions
High blood pressure
Delicate pregnancy
Recent surgery or injury
Chronic pain, arthritis, or fibromyalgia
Asthma or breathing issues (please bring your inhaler)
Migraines, Chronic Fatigue, or ME
Heavy medications for any health condition
This experience will be conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or a similar platform. You will receive a link directly from the provider once your booking has been confirmed and a date has been selected.

Arrive on time – Whether in-person or online, punctuality helps everyone feel settled and respected.
Wear comfortable clothing – Especially important for sessions involving movement, breathwork, or meditation.
Stay hydrated – Bring a water bottle, especially for physical or detox-focused sessions.
Inform the provider of any health conditions or accessibility needs in advance.
Review the session description and confirm if any preparation or materials are required.
💻 For Online Sessions:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Choose a quiet, private space where you can focus.
You’ll receive a link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) after booking and confirming your session time.
Do not share the session link with others.
🚫 Respect & Conduct:
Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward any provider will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
Providers reserve the right to terminate the session without refund if conduct is unacceptable.
Recording sessions without the provider’s explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
