You will then be guided to lay down comfortably on a sofa or bed while I connect with Great Spirit, your energy field, your ancestors and and journey to the root cause of the issue, bringing whatever healing is needed. During some sessions I may guide you through a exercise to connect with a disconnected part, to receive back an aspect of your energy or to release another person from yourenergy field. This is done very gently but can bring about deep and profound healing. I may rattle, drum, sing or shout, again depending on what is needed. You will always remain fully clothed during any of our sessions and you will not be asked to do anything you are not comfortable with.
