A one hour sound healing experience. You can choose between -
Tibetan sound massage - This technique uses various Tibetan singing bowls placed on and around the body. They are played with varying strokes and intensities to create a sublimely relaxing experience. A body work session whilst clothed. Great for people who don't like regular massage.
Tuning Fork therapy - Using sound and vibrations from various tuning forks to clear, cleanse and balance the body and it's chakras. A subtle but profound way to re-attune yourself and relax. The soothing vibrations decrease stress hormones, reduce anxiety, tension, headaches, pain, IBS, PMS as well as promote better sleep focus and mood elevation.
Locations covered: South Somerset (BA8, BA9, BA10, BA20) / North Dorset (DT9, SP7, SP8) / Mid Dorset (DT10, DT11)

I had the pleasure of having my first sound massage on Saturday and it was amazing. In the past I have tried different forms of healing but this had to be the most relaxing. I felt that I went into a meditative state very quickly. It was a real treat and I will definitely be back.
