Life can be stressful and, as you know, we all benefit from feeling more calm and relaxed. But rather than looking outward for the next thing that gives you peace, you can use what you already have inside you to build your own resilience. You can shake!

If you feel the weight of stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort and you've tried everything to relax with no success, my Tension, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) sessions can help.

Experience the benefits of TRE with a friend, partner, or family member in my personalised & TRE for Two sessions.

Discover how together, you can release tension, reduce stress, co-regulate and build resilience in a supportive and shared environment.

— Introducing TRE (Tension, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises)
TRE is a simple, quick, and effective method. It helps you relax and reconnect with yourself while addressing daily physical and emotional stress. Say goodbye to pain in the lower back, shoulders, neck, low mood and energy, and restless nights.

It works by using your body's innate way of releasing tension and restoring balance through shaking. This shaking mechanism is a natural part of us humans, genetically encoded within. I will teach you how to safely activate it and use it comfortably.

— If you would like to:
● Learn how to make yourself feel great using just your own body – no fancy equipment needed
● Take time out for you and someone near and dear
● Feel calmer and more in control, even when life gets crazy
● Care for your pelvis and spine to alleviate lower back pain, sciatica, and support pelvic health
● Say goodbye to tension in your shoulders and jaws, experiencing a sense of comfort in your body
● Enjoy better sleep, so you wake up refreshed and ready to conquer the world
● Master a quick 15-minute tool to switch off and relax anytime
● Use a tool that doesn't need any mental or physical effort
● Release trauma with a body-based approach
● Find a supportive teacher that guides you two every step of the way

Tension, Stress and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) offer a remarkable
advantage: it’s crafted as a self-help tool, empowering people to use it
independently, without continuous assistance. It’s important that you have
a solid foundation before you start practicing TRE on your own. That’s why
I recommend starting with a minimum of 4 sessions with a TRE practitioner.

People with a good sense of body awareness often find 4 sessions sufficient. Whereas others may need additional sessions until they feel fully at ease with the practice.

For those experiencing conditions like PTSD or severe anxiety, additional sessions may be generally recommended.
