— How to begin your personal journey with TRE:
If you are new to TRE, you can enjoy a FREE 15-minute introduction to TRE with your first 1:1 session.
Your initial session will be 75mins + 15 mins free introduction. Follow-up sessions are 75mins long.

- TRE core principles - self-regulation, slowing down, grounding
- Understanding the body's response to stress and trauma

Tension, Stress and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) offer a remarkable advantage: it’s crafted as a self-help tool, empowering people to use it independently, without continuous assistance. It’s important that you have a solid foundation before you start practicing TRE on your own. That’s why I recommend starting with a minimum of 4 sessions with a TRE practitioner.
Women with a good sense of body awareness often find 4 sessions sufficient. Whereas others may need additional sessions until they feel fully at ease with the practice.
For those experiencing conditions like PTSD or severe anxiety, additional sessions may be generally recommended.
