The set of movements falls into ‘Sections’ and we have only done the 1st Section (out of 6). If you’d like to join, we will be mainly working on the 2nd Section but will also constantlybe revising Section 1. It’s therefore not too late to join. - Stay hydrated – Bring a water bottle, especially for physical or detox-focused sessions.
- Inform the provider of any health conditions or accessibility needs in advance.
- Review the session description and confirm if any preparation or materials are required.
💻 For Online Sessions:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Choose a quiet, private space where you can focus.
- You’ll receive a link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) after booking and confirming your session time.
- Do not share the session link with others.
🚫 Respect & Conduct:
- Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward any provider will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
- Providers reserve the right to terminate the session without refund if conduct is unacceptable.
- Recording sessions without the provider’s explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
