Limited to 15 spaces.
This unique short course is for anyone, whether you are new to Qigong or experienced. The completion of this course will provide a solid foundation for a continued exploration and engagement with Shibashi and the Gongs.
Each session will include two parts.
The first being a learning and teaching of Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong, which is a collection of gentle movements. Ian and Lee will take you through the eighteen movements, providing explanations and understandings about the movements, the underpinning ancient philosophies, along with the health and wellbeing benefits that Qigong can bring to one’s life.
The second part of the session will include being guided through all eighteen Shibashi movements, whilst accompanied by Ian playing the gongs. The gongs being used will be Planetary gongs, tuned to the frequencies of Mars, Uranus and Venus. The use of gongs will enhance the meditative experience of the Qigong.
A friendly and warm welcome and an opportunity to relax and learn.
