About the Holistic Mediation & Communications Service Holistic Mediation & Communication is an approach that takes into consideration the interrelationship and interconnection of the participants emotional health, mental health and physical health and this being a unique experience to each individual. It combines such practices as mediation and other listening skills-based practices with meditation and other wellbeing practices (such as meditation, drumming, sound healing) that are designed to help, heal and restore, it’s a unique holistic approach that is bespoke to the needs of the individuals included in the process.
The Holistic Mediation & Communications Service is currently focussed to working in Couples Mediation (not in or approaching the legal area), Parent and Teenager and Family Resolutions and Mentoring for individuals. All are designed to help resolve differences, improve relationships and where and when possible, find and agree the solutions that will make a difference.
This process is supported with a range of holistic practices that have been identified, and that can actually assist the moving on of all parties involved and enhance wellbeing which can be an essential factor for long-term and sustained change. Including wellbeing practices helps to make the Holistic Mediation & Communications process conducive to helping improve the current situation and the individuals state of mind and even health. Being in a state that is more relaxed, slower and calmer, there can found a quietness that can assist with clarity, mindfulness and even an inner-peace, all of which are essential to moving forward. Those agreeing to the Holistic Mediation & Communication process do so on the basis of it being consensual and voluntary. This is an important factor that is agreed upon before proceeding.

An initial discovery call to explain what the process can involve and what the aims are. This call will also help to ascertain needs and answer any questions. The call will also discuss the best ways to proceed, whether this be via online means and ways or in-person ways and means, which also require agreeing dates, timings, venues and costings and identifying who will be included in the process. The various holistic methods such as meditations, breathwork, gongs and sound healing/drumming will be explored.
Who is Holistic Mediation & Communication for? The people who can benefit are those who are seeking help as early intervention to assist with relationship difficulties. It is not for those in the legal arena or close to this stage. It can be about restoration and rebalancing that which has, for whatever reason (s) become imbalanced. Those in need of having their nerves clamed, who need to relax, The process can provide a sense of relief, slow down to a speed that is more conducive to gaining clarity and perception. The process is always unique to the participants.
