Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. It's what I call my "stress release valve."
Meditation has scientifically proven to:

New to Meditation?
That's a good thing...
When life is busy, our brains are working super fast to get us through the day navigating around multiple tasks. It's only when we are still and present that our brain waves can change and allow us to let go and be in a state of bliss. When we meditate, our brainwaves go into a Theta state, which means we can enjoy the benefits listed above. And that is only for starters. When we do this regularly and become more masterful at it, we go into a gamma state, which is literally a place of euphoria and higher consciousness.
Anyone Can Meditate
Firstly, it's really important to know that everyone and anyone can meditate, even those who believe they have the busiest of minds. If you have tried it and not felt successful, do not give up. It just feels new and different. You DO have all the same potentials as everyone else to meditate. If you have a thought when you are meditating—ok, just let it in and then let it out. You do not have to spend your time thinking "don't think" because then you are thinking about not thinking. The point is, be kind to yourself and be patient. Guided meditation is an excellent place to start.

I have been told by many that I have a very soothing voice. Your voice is like an instrument with its own vibrational frequency. I have the ability to help you calm your mind, center yourself, heal your emotions and body, and connect with your inner strength.

- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
