Bedtime difficulties and unsettled nights getting in the way of relaxation? You’re not alone!
This 5-week programme (starting date to be confirmed) makes bedtime easier with relaxing music & guided breathing exercises—helping the whole family create a peaceful sleep routine.
Sessions every Sunday & Thursday
5-10 yrs: 19:30-19:45 UK time
11-17 yrs: 21:00-21:15 UK time
What to expect on the day:
Parent and child come to the zoom call and we do a small body movement and then they laydown and breath and listen to the 9D - or 9D dimensions of sound as I lead them through down regulating breath exercises.
I let them know at the end they can switch off and some of the kids and parents fall asleep on the journey.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
