About this therapy
Welcome to the Breathing Masterclass!
Join me at the Pilates Rooms Urmstonm, Manchester M41 9JQ for a deep dive in the art of breathing and the power of the breath on Saturday 10th August (10.00am - 12.30pm).
In this 2.5h workshop, you will learn techniques to improve your breath control, reduce stress and enhance your overall wellbeing. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this event is designed to help you unlock the power of your breath and empower you to use your breath to improve your health day to day.
During this course you will learn to assess the health of your breathing and how to improve it.
You will practice different simple and effective exercises that can benefit all aspects of your health. There will be some interesting science and fun facts to help you understand the benefits of improving the way you breathe.
You will also get unlimited free access to breathing exercises and meditation recordings as well as course notes to take home so you can continue practicing in your own time.
NB: this class is suitable for everyone but if you are pregnant or suffer from severe health issues, please contact me beforehand.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
