Discover the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork, a breathwork technique that could be the key to unlocking your full potential.

 

This practice involves a continuous flow of breath, without pauses, creating a rhythm that can help you tap into deeper parts of yourself.

 

The breathwork session is accompanied by music and you will be breathing for about 45/50 minutes. We will have time before and after to discuss the session. This type of breathwork It’s not just a breathing exercise; it’s a journey to self-discovery and healing.

 

These sessions are perfect if you’re hitting personal or professional roadblocks. Maybe you're feeling stuck or just know there’s more to unleash.

 

Conscious Connected Breathwork can help break down those barriers.

 

I've been a Reiki practitioner for 6 years so I also include reiki during the session.

 

My Breathwork and Reiki session can either be done online or in person at my house in North London.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).

Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
