About this therapy
Two Breathwork sessions held online via Zoom.
Breathwork is an active meditation, in which I will lovingly guide you through and hold the sacred safe space, promoting trust, so that you can release, surrender, reconnect and heal.
The breath technique I use is a three part breath and can result in a physical and emotional release.
What to expect:
Each online session lasts 45mins-1 hour.
We begin with intentions for the session, followed by information about breathwork and a demonstration of the breath technique.
Once we get into active breathing, music will play and I will be there to guide you through, creating a safe container.
To finish, softer music is played whilst you are in a meditative state.
It is common to feel ungrounded right after breathwork and you may want to sit with your thoughts/journal.
Every session is different and is exactly what you need for that session.
Some sessions you may have an emotional release, some you may feel more relaxed than anything else, some you may feel physical sensations, some you may fall asleep, some you may feel resistance, some you may feel out of body and receive wisdom...all experiences are perfect.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
