Take your relationship to the next level with Venus Kriyas! These are powerful yogic techniques that utilise the female and male polarities and yin/yang energies.
A beautiful way to bring deep healing at subconscious level, balancing White Tantric yoga into our personal relationships – with a romantic partner, a family member, or a friend – is through a Venus kriya, kundalini yoga’s answer to partner yoga. It's perfect if you want to really connect at a deeper level.
It will give you an increased sense of respect and compassion towards each other. The focus is at the heart centre, projecting love and caring. This practice gives you the opportunity to connect with and support one another's soul and develop the experience of oneness between the two of you.
