About this therapy
Find deeper intimacy with your partner through fun, personally tailored yoga sessions!
Not only will you build a stronger physical bond through partner yoga exercises, but you'll also experience emotional and mental closeness through subtle connection activities. Your class will include plenty of time to get comfortable in your own bodies, a couple's sequence, and will end with meditation and a guided relaxation. When you book, I'll send you a questionaire to ascertain what you'd like to get out of your session, and plan activities accordingly.
If you're looking for a new experience to try with your partner, or you already love yoga and want to share it with them, these sessions are the perfect way to do it!
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
