I am a reflexologist and I trained with the Original Eunice Ingham School of Reflexology. Eunice Ingham was called the 'mother of reflexology'. This is because Eunice was the person to discover the power of manipulating pressure points on the feet to help the body achieve perfect balance within the body and mind. She mapped all of the organs, glands and systems of the body onto the feet and reflexology was born.

I have been a reflexologist for over 25 years and have a wealth of experience to offer.

There are different types of reflexology and I offer feet reflexology, facial reflexology and pregnancy and fertility reflexology. I am an aromatherapist and my aromatherapy and bodywork training was with Shirley Price Aromatherapy, one of the leading aromatherapy training establishments in the UK. Shirley Price Aromatherapy (SPA) offers internationally recognised aromatherapy and massage courses and I have held my aromatherapy qualification for 25 years. I am a Reiki master offering deeply relaxing Reiki treatments using crystals, colour and sound. I am the owner of Radiant Vitality School of Reflexology which is a training centre offering ITEC reflexology and aromatherapy qualifications
