This bespoke 4-week Stress-Reliever Chair Yoga program offers private 60-minute online sessions designed to help you take time out of your busy life to focus on your well-being. You will release tension, reduce anxiety, lift your mood, relax, improve your posture, learn to breathe better, feel lighter, improve your sleep, and find peace.

Program Details

Chair yoga holds the potential to uplift your mood, boost confidence, and provide a soothing balm for anxiety and depression. Each session integrates breathwork, mudras, and meditation for a holistic approach to well-being.

Session Structure:

  • Meditation/Breath Awareness: Starting each session by centering your mind and bringing awareness to your breath.

  • Body Movements Using the Chair: Engaging in gentle yoga poses and movements using the chair as a prop, transforming seated yoga into a graceful moving meditation.

  • Relaxation/Body Scan: Concluding with a relaxation or body scan to leave you feeling calm and revitalized.
