About this therapy

Chakra Dancing & Creative Meditation is a fun and beautiful workout for the mind, body and soul through freestyle dance and meditation techniques, as we work our way up through the seven main chakras.  We’ll be moving to empowering music, from tribal drums, to funky jazz, dance, contemporary, classical, Tibetan bowls … and more!  There is no ‘set routine’ – just let yourself connect to the music and the rhythm.   Join Lorraine for this 2-hour session to celebrate the last Full Moon of Winter.  We will honour the season, the moon and ourselves by gently meditating and setting our focus on what we want to release, as well as what we'd like to manifest.  Setting these intentions to be able to create a shift in your energy as we flow into our Chakra Dance.   Bringing the session to a close with a settling meditation to consolidate our work ... let the magic commence!   What to bring/wear? yoga mat (or something to lay on for the meditation), cushions, blankets and anything else you may need to feel more comfortable for any meditation part of the session bottle of water wear clothing which allows you to move freely during the dance and maybe layers, so you have some warm clothes for the meditation Date/Location: Friday 14 March (7pm - 9pm) Holcombe Health Clinic, Rochester, ME1 2TQ
