About this therapy
Ellie is an experienced sound healer and has been playing different venues across Kent for almost eight years.
Ellie is strongly influenced by her Buddhist practice and brings Buddhist philosophies such as compassion and loving kindness to her healing.
Ellie plays planet gongs, which are tuned to the frequencies of different planets and allow the listener to pass through a cosmic gateway to receive healing for body, mind and spirit. In addition to her sound practice.
Ellie is a qualified mindfulness teacher, reiki master and a practicing social worker. Ellie is currently studying for a PhD, looking at applying mindfulness practice in the field of adoption.
Duration: one session is one hour long.
