About this therapy
In this Breathwork and Pranayama Practice, we’ll explore various techniques to harness the power of your breath for enhanced well-being.
You’ll experience methods such as Box Breathing for relaxation, Alternate Nostril Breathing to balance energy, Kapalabhati for invigorating the respiratory system, Ujjayi Breath to improve focus, and 3-Part Breath for deep, calming inhalations. Each session aims to deepen your breath control, reduce stress, and promote overall balance, making it suitable for all levels to integrate these practices into daily life.

- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
