About this therapy
Are you interested in yoga, but don't know where to start? Come and explore the basics with me in this four week Introduction to Yoga course.
What we'll cover:
- key postures, including forward bends, backbends, twists, balances and inversions.
- breathing and meditation techniques.
- a brief look at yoga philosophy
All equipment can be provided at request, and everything is structured so that you can take part whatever your size, age or gender identity. So just book, and enjoy finding a deeper connection with yourself and others through the wonderful practice of yoga!
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
