About this therapy
Inner Child Healing is the connection you have with your adult self to child self and your childhood memories. As we work with the inner child, we often recognise our adult behaviours stem from childhood traumas or other environmental factors that we may have been subjected to.
Inner child healing involves self-care, compassion, and discovering safe spaces for mental and emotional expression.
By recognising signs of inner child distress or traumas and implementing nurturing practices can cultivate emotional resilience, heal past wounds, and reclaim your inner joy and authenticity.

The workshop is held in a safe and non-judgmental environment for women to express confidentially. The workshop is open for all Online via MS Teams.

- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
