A block of five 60-minute Meditation Coaching sessions.

Through gentle, patient guidance, I'll help you to establish deeper levels of relaxation, inner peace, and balance. Much of our life experiences stem from a sequence of events and processes that work in our favour, that help bring us to where we need to be – at exactly the right time and place. With Meditation Coaching we can address a specific problem or area of life you are currently struggling with, or we can take a more generalised, holistic approach.

The aim is to help you establish clarity in your thoughts, stability in your emotions, and peace within yourself. In establishing an intimate, closer relationship with the wider Universe, deeper levels of self-value, appreciation, and love can develop and flourish.

I will coach you in a private, 1:1 consultation, where we can work on developing your meditation routine to encourage positive change and transformation. Under my guidance, you’ll get to address any underlying blockages that may be getting in the way of your personal growth and development, leaving you feeling more open, balanced, and aligned with your true Self

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).

Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
