About this therapy
In this 1.5 hour immersive Yin Yoga practice, we will dive deep within to find a state of ease. Focusing on finding the most nourishing way to hold your body in each Yin pose, we allow time for body and mind to become still, while the magic happens within.
All props will be provided, feel free to bring cosy socks and an extra blanket (I know its summer but we cool quickly when we become still).
What is Yin
Yin Yoga is all about the experience, combining teachings from Chinese Medicine with traditional Asana practice to formulate a slow paced practice where the poses are held for longer, are less about strict alignment and more about finding felt sensations in the intended area.
Yin Yoga acts a means to apply a controlled moderate “stress” to the deeper connective tissues of the body rather than the muscles. Improving and increasing the circulation throughout the body, allowing Chi (energy) to flow freely.
Yin benefits both the physical body and the subtle. It allows the mind to quiet and be still with its softer, more meditative take on yoga.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
