Hi, I'm Claire. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a heart-centered approach. My online classes focus on self-study, self-care, and self-love, connecting you with yourself and the changing seasons. As a highly sensitive person, I specialize in helping those with busy minds discover the power of self-care through yoga and beyond, addressing their entire well-being.
Yoga with me is more than just physical movements. Having ADHD, I found yoga instrumental in calming my busy mind, transitioning from a hectic state to a relaxed one, and accessing clearer thinking. I offer 60 minute yoga sessions where we discuss your needs, check in on your goals, and then embark on a customized yoga practice tailored specifically for you.

- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
