About this therapy
Have you always wanted to try yoga, but find it difficult to get to a regular class? Or maybe you feel self-conscious about trying yoga for the first time in front of others? Or maybe you've been practising for a while and would like to focus on your own practice, working on areas and goals which are tailored to you, rather than a general class.
Whatever your reason, I would be delighted to offer you a course of 6 personalised sessions, where the focus is completely on you. Lessons can be online via Zoom, or we can arrange in-person, depending on location.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
