Reflexology & Hypnotherapy Combo for Supporting the Menopause (inc free consultation)

Initial consultation emailed and returned.

We will go through this at your first session so I can tailor a personalised treatment plan for you, followed by a wonderful reflexology session.

Reflexology and Hypnotherapy sessions are alternated, supporting you to manage your journey through the peri-menopause and menopause, bringing balance and calmness back into your life, and helping you to gain control back through this challenging time.

Both therapies have been shown to reduce common menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats and anxiety. By combining these two treatments you have the indulgence of Reflexology and personalised Hypnotherapy to support you to create the longer lasting changes that Hypnotherapy can bring.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
