Reiki is a Japanese technique created by Mikao usui. Reiki is a healing energy, known as "universal life force", the practitioner cannot determine where the reiki will flow to, we are merely the vessel of energy. Reiki will flow to where it is needed at the time of treatment.
Reiki can ONLY be used for the "highest good", there is nothing bad that can come from reiki Reiki heals on all different levels- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The benefits of reiki can be felt for days, weeks or even months later .
The treatment works by me placing my hands on your chakras and allowing the reiki to flow. I would start at the head, working my way down to your feet. If carrying out distance reiki I use a teddy as a substitute for the client and work in the same way.
I ask my client to be sat/laid somewhere they won't be distracted and their name and location. This allows me to focus the healing energy to travel to you.
A During reiki you may feel hot/cold, tingles, emotional, relaxed/restless.
The list goes on but you may also feel nothing at all. This does not mean the reiki hasn't worked, it's just going to other areas in your life where it is needed or you may feel it days later. Reiki sessions may be taken more regularly if needed but I would recommend every 6/8 weeks.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
