Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you:

In these 3, 1-hour sessions, you’ll be guided through accessible and practical breathwork techniques, combined with moments of mindfulness and meditation, to leave you feeling empowered and re-centred.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).

Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
