Wellbeing Walks allow you to take valuable time out for yourself to release and recharge.
They help you gain clarity on where you are in life and explore ways of moving towards your fullest self.
Walking away from the fast pace of life and stepping into a peaceful space of Nature is wonderfully symbolic.
You get to leave your responsibilities at home and take time out to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Do you need some space and time to talk and feel heard in a relaxing environment?
Are you experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness or fatigue?
Have you noticed how easy it is to talk and express yourself when you walk alongside someone rather than sitting face to face or speaking through a screen?
Wellbeing walks are a gentle 90-Minute walk in Nature with Therapeutic coaching, mindfulness and Nature Connection.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
