About this therapy
5 x 90min Body & Soul Retreat Your zen massage experience to bring healing, love, release and balance.
This treatment draws on elements of the ancient Chinese meridian system, Reiki, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, auricular stress reduction, sound therapy, and aromatherapy to bring the ultimate balance to your mind, body and soul.
Each treatment includes a take home aromatherapy application for your current physical and/or emotional health needs to integrate the feelings of zen and bliss from your experience into your home life.
Course of treatments to be redeemed within a 12 month period.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
