Experience the power of your breath through private breathwork sessions with Johanna at Breathe East in Hackney, London.
These 1:1 sessions use the transformative technique of conscious connected breathwork to help you release emotional blockages, and access deep states of healing and clarity.
Throughout life, we encounter experiences we may not fully process in the moment. These emotions can become stored in the body, creating tension, disconnection, and limiting our natural energy and expression.
Conscious breathing helps bring awareness to these hidden patterns. As you breathe with presence and intention, long-held emotions and memories may gently surface—allowing you to meet them with compassion and release what no longer serves you.
This process often leads to powerful insights, emotional releases, and a renewed sense of clarity, peace, and wholeness.
Each 2-hour session begins with a check-in to explore your current feelings. You'll then be guided into the breathwork process, breathing in a deep, conscious, and connected rhythm.
This practice increases energy flow, facilitating the release of emotional, physical, and energetic blockages. Afterwards, there is time for integration of your experience.
To prepare for your session:
- Wear loose, comfy clothes or something you would wear to a yoga class so that you can relax and take big breaths.
- Avoid eating 2 hours before a session.
- Avoid alcohol the day of your session.
- It's recommended to take a at least 30 minutes after your breathwork session to settle and ground yourself.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
