This 21-day journey is designed to gently unwind chronic stress patterns, release emotional holding, and create deep inner safety so you can meet your life and leadership with clarity, capacity, and calm. Whether you’re feeling stuck in survival mode, constantly on edge, or just need a reset — this is your invitation to return to you.
Each day offers a short but powerful practice to support your nervous system regulation. You'll explore a combination of:
Somatic Tools – Body-based practices that reconnect you with safety, presence, and flow
Breathwork & Regulation Techniques – Shift your state within minutes using your breath
Micro-Journaling & Reflection Prompts – Rewire thought patterns and bring clarity to your internal world
Mini Guided Practices – Grounding meditations, visualizations, and realignment moments
21 days of 10 minute whatsapp or email prompts to reset your nervous system.
They will be in the form of Video, Voice notes and written instructions.
Within 48 hours of sign up, you will receive the messages guiding you on a nervous system reset.
All you will need is 10 minutes per day.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
