About this therapy
Immerse yourself in our 2-hour de-stressing and indulgent experience.
Our small classes provides relaxation for the mind and body, with a mini facial or foot massage, meditation, aromatherapy, restorative posing with bolsters and blankets and PNF stretching.
Complete the ritual and rejuvenate with handmade chocolate truffles, bonbons and luxury hot drinking chocolate.
We use techniques to calm the mind, reduce anxiety and improve wellbeing.
Our two expert practitioners will guide you on a restorative journey, whilst remaining present in mind with relaxing sounds and aromatherapy.
A mini massage followed with PNF stretching will help you into a deep relaxed state, perfect for tired bodies and minds that need to rebalance.
