Have you had a late diagnosis in life/you're questioning that you have ADHD? Do you struggle with careers, relationships and feeling accepted in the World? With negative beliefs such as "I can't do anything right" and "I am not good enough."
Within my work and life experiences, I’ve observed that many people focus on ADHD as the ‘problem’ that needs to be managed. But in reality, the real harm often comes from years of being misunderstood, leading to shame, inadequacy and mental health issues.
The solution lies in healing from past trauma and embracing who you ultimately are. Belief Coding® was founded in 2022 by Jessica Cunningham and its the revolutionary modality which is science backed and spiritual. It’s incredibly empowering to uncover the true root issues and address them. By transforming negative subconscious beliefs and reframing painful memories, we can free ourselves from the past and fully embrace the present.
I used to be a professional people pleaser and a serial perfectionist—all of which contributed to my struggles with low self-worth, anger, anxiety, and depression. When I discovered I had ADHD, I founded my business to foster lasting positive change. My mission is to empower individuals with ADHD to overcome their past challenges, rewire their brains, and alleviate symptoms. More importantly, I help them unmask, validate themselves, and embrace their true selves with love.
