What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing therapy which connects to universal energy. During Reiki, hands are placed on or just above specific areas of the body to aid rebalancing. This promotes healing, relaxation, and also reduces stress and anxiety. There are no contraindications for Reiki therapy so everybody can benefit from it. During Distance Reiki, the same concept applies. The only change is that a surrogate item is used in place of the physical body during the Reiki healing session.
