About this offering
Focusing on all stages within the reproductive aspect of women's lives, these 3 sessions of hypnotherapy and massage combined will help to rebalance, to calm and soothe the nervous system, reduce pain and create a sense of wellbeing and control.
Enjoy two sessions of effective and anxiety relieving 60-minute hypnotherapy sessions and one 60-minute full body therapeutic massage. These 2 modalities are a perfect combination to help rebalance both the endocrine and nervous systems.
The massage includes abdominal massage which is a lovely calming and gentle tool helping to relax the digestive system links directly to the brain, bringing you peace and calm. Whilst hypnotherapy will provide a foundation of balance and ease to both the nervous and endocrine systems having lasting effects on your wellbeing. They are an equal match and are both deeply relaxing and releasing.
