Teaching yoga is my super power.
I don't say that lightly. I doubt myself and my capabilities in a looooottt of things. But when it comes to yoga, it lights me up like no other and my love for Yoga transcends and ripples to my students and the people around me. You are in my world because you have experienced the magic of yoga. Even if it's just a glimpse of it.
Now imagine a long weekend of pure yoga bliss.... I have been on multiple retreats myself, and it is the best experience if you are looking to integrate yoga into your daily life and want to be supported with like-minded & beautiful souls in your journey. For me, hosting retreats is an opportunity to take ownership of what we can co-create together.

Here's what a typical day looks like: Sunrise meditation to welcome the day Morning Yoga Flow by the pool or beach Nourishing breakfast served Excursion/workshop/free time to explore the local town, pool, sea dips in the afternoon Evening Restorative Yoga to wind down Community Dinner served.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18 unless otherwise agreed by the practitioner.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
- Tell the practitioner about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before attending.
