A series of 1-2-1 Online Qigong Classes.
A perfect introduction to Qigong for someone who wants to go a little deeper and develop a regular practice.
These six hour-long sessions can be scheduled to suit you and devised according to your personal health concerns and goals.
All classes are recorded and available for you to download afterwards.
