About this therapy
3 x 1 hour Reflexology sessions (inc free consultation)
Choose between; a wonderful deeply relaxing stress relieving treatment, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Maternity Reflexology, Reflexology for supporting the menopause… or even a combination.
The type of treatment required can be discussed at the consultation.
Your first session will include the consultation followed by your wonderful reflexology treatment, tailored for you.

I found Toni when I was looking for a pregnancy reflexologist and I am so glad I did! She worked wonders for me at the end of my pregnancy when I was feeling heavy and uncomfortable. She also helped me after baby had arrived when I needed to take some time for myself. I find her sessions so relaxing, and Toni really takes the time to listen to whats bothering you and tries to work it out for you in her treatment. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I visited Toni to see if she could help with my (ridiculous/debilitating) blood phobia. This was so bad that I have not been able to deal with my own kids' nose bleeds etc. After an hour of hypnotherapy, Toni showed me a few videos and I did not flinch. I was then put to the test a week or so later when a friend's son cut his finger badly. I was able to examine and bandage the wound - something I would never have been able to do without Toni's help. Can't recommend her enough!
