A private Sound Healing session with Hamptons Sound Healer offers a deeply restorative experience that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. Using a blend of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other specialized instruments, each session is tailored to resonate with your unique energy.
The soothing vibrations work at a cellular level to release tension, clear energetic blockages, and foster profound relaxation, bringing you back to a state of balance.
During the session, you’ll be guided into a peaceful space where the frequencies created by these sacred instruments encourage a meditative state and stimulate healing. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a moment of serenity, this immersive sound journey is designed to rejuvenate your spirit, leaving you with a lasting sense of calm and inner alignment.
Session length: 60 minutes
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
